The ancient practice of Kundalini Yoga is a science and technology that when practiced regularly, will transform your life from the inside out.  It is a particularly powerful practice with a unique style that draws on breathing, movement, mantra and meditation. Kundalini is an ‘experiential’ practice, so join us, experience for yourself how this style of Yoga can uplift you and help you achieve peace in your body, mind and spirit.
