Training and Qualifications

My personal daily practice of Yoga and Pilates is some of the best training I take to continually develop me as a teacher. It is also very important to me to carry on my personal education in what I teach and I love to continue this development through attending regular courses and training workshops. Over the years I have learnt a lot from so many wonderful teachers and I thank them all for their help in my growth as a more balanced, stronger, healthier and happier person, and in turn I hope to share some of this energy and experience to help you develop too.
